Lovers of Leonard Cohen and The Illuminations rejoice! On Valentine’s night, Ewan and James will be performing an evening of Leonard Cohen songs in Helsinki, Finland, along with a group of Finnish performers. Those who can, get along to Herne&Nauris Ravintola for eight pm. The venue’s name translates as Pea and Turnip restaurant, but it sounds a whole lot better in Finnish!. The programme will centre around the classics from the sixties, with Ewan taking the part of Mr Cohen. Of course he’ll take full advantage of this opportunity to quote Cohen’s clever remarks and wise words, as if he’d thought them up himself.
